Provide full administrative support, to include managing ingoing and outgoing mail distribution, payroll management, keeping the office organised, maintaining office supply inventory, running errands, and the filing of documents as needed.
Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and landlord, ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time. e.g. insurance, utilities, MPF, rent, etc.
Manage office G&A budget, ensure accurate and timely reporting.
Provide assistance to employees with expense receipt review and reporting.
Event planning, to include scheduling and coordinating of internal and external meetings. Also to arrange travel itinerary.
Consistent availability and ability to serve as a central contact to people inside and outside the company: employees, customers, vendors, visitors and building management.
Supporting a growing firm with adhoc projects and responsibilities.
Minimum of 5 years of administrative experience with a background and/or interest in technology.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, English and Cantonese.
Strong knowledge of Google Drive products including Sheets (Similar to Excel).
Excellent organizational skills as well as a proactive nature.
