Job Description

On behalf of our client, we are urgently looking for Office Manager to run a business association.

Duties:

  • Design, develop, and implement strategic plans for the association in a cost effective and time-efficient manner

  • Oversee daily operations of the association including compiling records, and coordinating committee members and managing staff

  • Develop business plan in the collaboration with the board for the future development of the association

  • Actively attend executive meeting of Board of Directors and implement decision made by the board

  • Legal representative of the association and shall sign official documents including transactions and correspondence, and authorized to run the association upon the approval of the board

  • Conduct research, compile data, and prepare papers for consideration and presentation to committees and boards of directors

  • Read and analyze incoming memos to determine their significance and plan for distribution

  • Be accountable to Chairman of the board and reports to Board of Directors on a regular basis

  • Represent the association in some public speaking engagements

Job Requirements


  • Minimum bachelor degree in Management, Business Administration or relevant field. Master Degree is a plus

  • Minimum 3 years experience year experience in administrative works, and running office and business operations

  • Knowledge of the Cambodia labor law and business environment in Cambodia

  • Planning, organizational, influencing and negotiation skills

  • Good command in English (written, spoken and reading)

  • Proficient in working with Microsoft Office, internet and email

  • Ability to work independently

  • Strong leadership and communication skills

  • Dynamic, proactive, self motivated and eager to learn
