Job Description

  • Generate revenue by developing market potential through forecasting, lead generation, qualifying accounts and closing sales
  • Develop new business, build and manage a sales pipeline, implement improvement plans
  • Meet required phone time in order to generate business opportunities
  • Identify market potential by qualifying accounts
  • Close sales by building and maintaining lasting customer relationships
  • Explain product and service capabilities, overcome objections and plan delivery of solutions
  • Expand sales in existing accounts by staying in touch and introducing new products and services

Job Requirements

  • Cold calling experience
  • Self-starter with solid prospecting skills
  • Experience in building and maintaining business relationships, solid experience in electronics components /Semi conductor distribution is an advantage, less experience will consider position as a sales assistant
  • Meeting or exceeding revenue targets/sales quotas
  • A proven sales record
  • Motivation and persistence
  • A positive attitude
  • Great communication skills
  • A team player
  • Travel to PRC or other Asia Pacific countries occasionally
  • Superior prospecting skills
  • Ability to multi tasking and working in a fast paced environment
  • High school degree required; a four-year college degree preferred
  • Basic computer literacy
  • Computer IT background is a plus
  • Bilingual skill required - Chinese and English.
