Putting in place, monitor and improve processes to link all Marketing activities with the activities of the Sales team. Work closely with the Marketing Director to improve processes that link corporate brand building activities and Product Development activities with Sales activities.
Responsible for Sales Force Animation Programs and Actions.
Is actively participating to specific dedicated trainings to Sales Force.
Responsible for Trade Marketing / Category Management process & solutions with external & internal customers to grow the categories.
Develop, implement & evaluate category plans to meet profit objectives.
Manage and evaluate trade promotion levels to achieve maximum returns.
Work with vendors on : Margins, Inventory, Supply & Replenishment and Pricing to maximize the gross profit.
Develop and monitor the 3-year strategic plan which will includes both short term and long term tactics support for the division.
Responsible for selection, identification & establishment of merchandise assortments.
Review and observe merchandise trends, development of & knowledge of new items which should be incorporated into total merchandise programs.
Take full accountability of financial plan and ensure it exceeded in all key areas - sales, markdowns, margin & average inventory
Bachelor’s Degree in business related discipline. MBA is preferred
Good knowledge of Markets
4 – 6 years stretching experience in similar position preferably in the FMCG sector
Budget management experience
