Key responsibilities include:
Deliver a sales business plan in line with the Country Business Plan and translates this into a qualitative and quantitative budget.
Contribute to the development and growth of the brands and develop a long-term sales strategy in order to ensure long term growth through category leadership.
Develop effective and sustainable RTM
Manage and develop the sales team of Distributor and Distribution Network
Vietnamese local candidate with at least 10 years in sales and marketing, same experience in FMCG industry and MNC environment
Knowledge of FMCG distribution network
Experience in both General Trade and Modern Trade
Experienced in formulating Sales Strategies
Knowledge of marketing process
Experience in strategic planning and execution
Knowledge of the retail market & very good understanding in Retail audit
