Job Description

Our client is FMCG company.

Based in Ho Chi Minh City, the National Sales Manager reports to the Vice General Director.

Responsibilities

  • To continuously achieve GT business Budget/Target based on BBS2015. (Sales/Coverage)

  • To promote cross-function team GT sales - TMK - MKT - Logistics. Promote sales support to field team & maximize business opportunity

  • To Develop, implement, improve and evaluate GT business process that can maximize the productivity of GT sales team, promoting cross-functional working in the course of commercial business activity and supply chain activity.

  • To provide GT customers the best & professional customer services in all aspects by understanding their needs, apply Distributor Management Excellence standards to maximize business opportunities.

  • To provide job related trainings to cope with Distributor Management & Field Sales Excellence standards.

Job Requirements


  • Education: University degree in Business Management

  • At least 10 years experience in a FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods Industry)

  • Macro environment: Industry trend & events, Market and competitor dynamics;

  • Micro environment: Brand, Category, nation-wide Channel and Customer understanding, Consumer & shopper insights;

  • Strategic insight: Company, marketing, category & sales strategies;

  • Business planning process: Annual POP strategies, Monthly cycle Planning, Sales and Trade Expense forecasting, Demand and supply management;

  • Financial management: Sales forecasting, Trade expense management and POP Activity evaluation; Sales contribution profit, P&L

  • Operation Management: Structured commercial selling skills and Negotiation skills, Area office capabilities.

  • People Management: Leadership, Coaching and Training skills & techniques, Recruitment and motivation.
