Our client is a leading Herbal Balm product in Thailand. They are currently looking for a dynamic, energetic and talented individual to join their team in the position of National Sales Manager.
Building new relationship in Nationwide with local distributors, wholesalers.., etc.
Making routine visits to ensure the visibility, price, display and inventory of company products in all areas.
Working to achieve sales targets and increase profits.
Overseeing the performance of the sales teams.
Analyzing new marketing opportunities and conducting competitor surveys.
Implementing and executing promotions and activities to support sales in the local area.
Planning, motivating and providing know-how to sales staff in order to achieve sales targets and maintaining a positive image of the company.
Compiling sales reports.
Thai Nationality, aged not over 45 years old.
Bachelorís Degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing or any related field.
Strong experience in channel development for the traditional trade in nationwide; Food & Beverage and Consumer product is preferable.
Positive attitude, results-oriented and dynamic.
A high level of initiative (Think out of box) with lots of energy.
A successful and proven sales track record and exceptional presentation skills.
Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
Able to travel upcountry.
