Reporting to the General Manager, Thailand and part of the management team of Dentsply Thailand, the National Sales Manager will have overall responsibility for achieving revenue growth and profit targets as well as budgeting, forecasting, and price management.
Leading a sales team to develop, and implement sales plan, to ensure achievement of agreed sales and profit targets, expansion of the customer base, and broader business objectives, undertake ongoing market analysis to ensure responsiveness to changes in market trends, competitor activities, etc.,
Working closely with the sales team to identify opportunities and achieve revenue and goals while building internal and external customers to capitalize on all business opportunities.
Bachelor degree is required, MBA or other Master degree is preferred
Experience & Knowledge
10 to 15 years or relevant experience
Strong track record in sales, preferably in dental, pharmaceutical, medical device or FMCG field.
Able to demonstrate proficiency and experience in supervising and motivating a team
Demonstrated leadership ability in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Specific Knowledge & Skills
Result-oriented and demonstrated ability to drive new initiatives
Strong influencing skills; ability to build and manage relationship with external and internal contacts across multiple functions
Ability to train, coach, mentor and develop staff
Excellent communication and presentation skills at all levels of the organization.
Good command of spoken and written English
Willing and able to travel.
