Job Description


  • Manage MT’s overall business in the area

  • Manage team for delivering sales target, distribution and assortment compliance, speed to market, visibility, in-store promotion execution and other company’s targets

  • Manage operation team’s performance, recruitment, training, coaching and in charge of other related people management matters

  • Hold weekly, monthly and quarterly business review meetings with each sales team for closely business tracking and delivery

  • Ensure 100% required reports on time and accurate

  • Build long-term relationship with key customers


Detailed Responsibilities include:

Customer Management

  • Negotiate trading terms with customer in the region (if any)

  • Co-work with customer in business planning & review

  • Implement & check channel’s activities in store

  • Ensure visibility and promotion will be implemented in-store with excellence execution through field-check, follow-up and coaching

  • Build relationship with key customers


Category management

  • Work with Key Account Planning Managers to implement channel/nationwide activities

  • Inputs for customized activities plan for the region

  • Monitor sales target by cat, by account and by region


Sales team management

  • Recruit & train Supervisors/ Key Account Representatives/Retail Rep (PG)

  • Ensure efficient performance of operation team in the region

  • Build/monitor working plan of operation team in the region

  • Ensure stock availability for promoted/non-promoted items according to sales memo

  • Ensure share of shelf, share of display, plan-o-gram in store as the deployed plans

  • Achieve monthly and annually sales target/ market share objectives for region

  • Implement plan to improve in-store visibility and develop sales contribution in the region

Job Requirements


  • Local Vietnamese candidate with at least 3 years experience in the same role from multinational FMCG companies

  • Strategic thinking & business acumen

  • Strong interpersonal skill & negotiation skill

  • Customer management/ wiring, business planning

  • Good command of English (both verbal & writing) and computer skills

  • University degree is required
