Developing media strategy and plan (annually & campaign-base), starting with clients briefing, conduct research if needed, market check, Competitor review, Brainstorm to develop communication plan with budget recommendation
Recommend out-of-the-box media communications solutions that highlight the Agency’s knowledge and opportunities in the market, especially to maximize group’s strength in servicing clients.
Develop relevant communication strategies for current & prospective client’s brands
Present and convince client
Post Analysis, monthly report & Quarterly review
Build a case history book of creative work in media
Provide direction and lead planning team to further improve the service quality and professionalism
Guide the team in developing 360 communication plan, tracking & verify before presented to clients
Manage & support team in client servicing
Guide, track & evaluation planning team based on set kpis
Transfer media know-how, tools and methods to upgrade staff’s expertise and professionalism.
Provide media training sessions to planning staff to regularly improve staff’s skills
New Business & Business Development:
Pitching preparation, meeting & follow up
Support group pitching if request
Client relationship management
Any other duties as reasonably requested by the BOM.
