Develop, implement and track effective marketing communications strategy by utilizing appropriate channels/materials to ensure proper message communication of product value to customers and leverage against competitor products.
Develop, implement and track programs geared towards strengthening customer and brand relationship (i.e. distributors, Dealers/Financiers, and farmers)
Review marketing programs and make necessary revisions to ensure effective market response prior to implementation.
Collaborate with Sales in providing competitive market data and analysis (i.e. competitor pricing, programs customer feedback) for planning and decision making.
Provide market analysis in terms of specific area potentials, market segments, competitive market shares, distribution information to develop plans and programs.
Provide input to regional team for determination of pricing strategy with appropriate balance between value capture and price to ensure profitability and price competitiveness.
Plan and implement SKU rationalization, product life cycle management and portfolio renewal.
Lead and facilitate the country crop team in addressing business issues and concerns.
Ensure participation and proper utilization of crop team talents in decision making to derive results.
Collaborate with finance in managing product P&L and accruals of volume related incentive programs.
Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture, Business Administration, Marketing and Agribusiness or related field
At least 5 years experience sales or marketing
