Job Description :
Develop and execute the marketing plan both short term and long term including budget management.
Develop channel strategic plan with the direction of marketing activity to support.
Generate new ideas and implement right strategies for ensuring company target growth.
Develop pricing strategy and monitor the involvement in related matters.
Provide regular updates of market situation and involve in every aspect of company’s business.
Conduct the market research to determine market requirements for existing and future products.
Successfully launch new products/brands/categories on time.
Compile weekly/monthly reports to analyze sales performance.
Provide forecasts from marketing perspective by brand to international marketing and sales teams.
Take responsibility for team performance and coach all team members to be competent simultaneously.
Market survey to update on market, competitor, customer, and consumer aspects
At least Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or any related fields.
At least 7 years of working experience in Marketing in FMCG or Retails industry.
Strong both communication and interpersonal skills.
Forward-thinking, self-initiative and results-driven.
Excellent analytical skill, strategic thinking and creative.
Strong Leadership skill.
Fluent in English and computer literacy
Able to travel overseas from time to time.
