Our client is a multinational company in Real Estate industry.
Develop and implement marketing plans for the organisationís products/services in order to meet established sales and market share targets.
Activities may include: conducting market research, overseeing product development and design; setting prices; launching new products; overseeing advertising campaigns; and monitoring sales performance.
Contribute to business planning at the executive level to develop an overall marketing strategy that is consistent with the organisationís overall mission, vision, and long-term objectives.
Define advertising objectives, recommend choice of media, and allocate internal and external resources so that advertising and promotion campaigns are effective, economical, and appropriate for their intended audience.
Select, and manage ongoing relationships with, external vendors and agencies (for example printers, event organisers, graphic designers, advertising agencies, media outlets).
Monitor, analyse, and evaluate market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activity to identify market opportunities; adjust marketing strategy and plans to meet changing markets and competitive conditions.
Implement the organisationís public relations strategy to enhance the organisation's reputation with the public, the media, employees, investors, and shareholders.
Implement public relations programmes, activities, campaigns, events, and promotional materials that protect and enhance the organisationís reputation and that are effective, economical, and appropriate for their intended audience.
Review and approve draft speeches, articles, press releases, public statements, and other communications to ensure that they are accurate and consistent with the organisationís overall public relations strategy.
Coach other managers and executives to improve their interactions with the public and media.
Liaise with other functional and operational area managers (particularly in sales, customer service, production, research and development) to ensure that marketing strategies and activities are integrated with other parts of the business and align with the overall corporate objectives.
Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop a team of marketing professionals to achieve established sales and profit goals.
Bachelorís degree in Marketing/Advertising and Communications or equivalent.
Minimum of 3 yearsí experience in sales and marketing in a property industry for developers in Vietnam with at least 1 year at the managerial level.
Brand and market research knowledge.
Real estate market knowledge, especially premium segment.
