Develop and implement the marketing plan and activities for the resort to increase brand awareness, communicate promotions to all relevant target markets and address resort business needs

Engage with key industry/ tourism/ government bodies/ consulates to promote the interests of the resort
Bachelor degree/ Master degree in Marketing, Journalism, Commerce or Communications.
A minimum of three (3) years working experience in a management capacity required in one of the following marketing & marketing-related fields: sales & marketing, advertising, brand management or communications.
Luxury Hotel Marketing and Branding experience preferred.
Must have strong interpersonal and leadership skills to deal effectively with all business contacts (internally and externally) and manage high-profile relationships with clients in 9 target markets
Strong organizational skills a must. Candidate must be detail-oriented, able to multi-task and handle high-stress situations.
