Job Description:
 
Main missions:
  • Define and implement the Country marketing plan consistent with the Region Marketing plan and guidelines.
  • Plan and implement internal and corporate communications activities in line with the Group Communication (DGCM) direction and regional plan.
  • Building a process to track and monitor the market
  • Monitor and reinforce operational efficiency and performance of the marketing team
  • Organize, develop and coach the marketing / product marketing team (5 people)
Main activities: 
  • Marketing plan & Annual Plan 
    • Ensure availability of market data, consumer insight, competitive information
    • Build the Country Marketing Plan consistent with regional marketing plan.
    • Ensure consistency between Marketing Plan and Country Distribution Approach.
    • Responsible for the development of the brand, through the implementation of operational creative plans.
    • Identify country touch points approach and required means to deliver the Consumer Experience consistent with segment plans.
    • Propose Annual Plan commitment (Sales volume, SOM/GM) in line with first year of Country Marketing Plan, including promotional activities by channel.
  • Product Marketing: 
    • Track Group and competitor product performances and note the strengths and weaknesses.
    • Organise training for the sales force on quality problems and technical knowledge of products and services
    • Anticipate / monitor possible update in the norms & regulations activity of the country 
  • Delivery / Operations support
    • Implement validated Marketing plan, and support the operational team to prioritize activities depending on business priorities
    • Ensure that communication tools and media plan meet the needs of local market.
    • Lead commercialization of offers including product & services launches.
    • Put in place Consumer Experience through trade marketing, press, communication, internet, events.
    • Support the team in planning and follow up delivery of main suppliers (eg: design agency…)
    • Support Key Account Management initiatives.
    • Contribute to the business stering by proposing appropriate corrective/optimization actions.
    • Represent marketing function in front of the key customers.
    • Observe marketing practices on the field, and build relationship with customers as much as possible during field visits or corporate events.
    • Ensure implementation of pricing process.
  • Team management & development 
    • Lead activities allocation, prioritization & develop polyvalence, in order to meet business needs.
    • Provide leadership to new initiatives
    • Set clear objectives/KPIs for his/her team
    • Follow up performance and engagement of the team, build competencies and development plan for all team members
    • Supports deployment of key HR initiatives from the Group within the team ; works closely with HR partner.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related. Preferred in fields such as Marketing and/or Business development.
  • Solid business acumen, including analytical skill. Understanding of customers’ segmentation.
  • Familiar with key communication and branding activities. Previous experience in communication / brand management will be appreciated.
  • Previous experience working in international company, with complex processes will be appreciated.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience (at least 3-5 years holding a management position, hierarchical or transverse)
  • Proven ability to take initiatives.
  • Ability to prioritize assignments and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment, while paying attention to details and quality of operational work.
  • Enthusiastic personality and strong communication skills. 
  • High proficiency in Vietnamese and English communication, both speaking and writing.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office tools, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
  • Mobile; able to travel and work occasionally during week-end (commercial events).

Salary: Negotiable  / Annual Variable compensation + Comprehensive benefits package
