Implement Easia Travelís Marketing Strategy in cooperation with the Board of Management and the Marketing Director based in Europe.
Establish, implement and follow-up the yearly marketing plan and budget.
Recruit and organize the team of Marketing Executives as well as manage their workflow.
Perform all duties within the framework defined by the Board of Management.
Continuously evaluate the efficiency of actions and tools, monitor the performance and analyze.
Manage Easia Travelís market communications
Promote the vision and brand image of Easia Travel
Manage the BtoB website
Organize marketing campaigns such as newsletters / emailings
Maintain and update databases
Organize the launch / promotion of Easia Travel products / destinations
Support the Sales Teams with efficient sales & marketing tools

Graduated from University with the equivalent to a Marketing major
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Experience in general marketing, communication and online marketing (3 years minimum)
Excellent writing skills
Knowledge about tourism industry
Willing to travel weekly/monthly within the country and abroad
