Coordinate with market and study agencies and perform market field-trips
Assist General Director to define and implement the product plan for new categories to be launched and developed.
Interface with factory to develop new products according to product plan.
Define and implement trade promotion activities yearly calendar for consumers and at customer place in cooperation with Sales department.
Supervise the creativity and production work of trade promotion materials in relation with internal and external resources.
Manage media communication. Support sales team in their relations with customers and media.
Build a training function, ensuring basic knowledge for the team in term of products knowledge and selling technique.
8 year experience in marketing, of which at least 3 year experience in marketing management position.
An experience in product marketing would be a plus.
Ability to build up and manage plan ; Creativity to develop promotion campaigns.
An ability to analyse and summarise.
Ability to negotiate with and influence internal and external contacts.
Creative, outward & pleasant personality.
Vietnamese & English fluency.
