A leader in the beauty industry is on the lookout for a pro-active and self driven Marketing Manager to define the local brand strategy in the local market in line with the international brand positioning. You will contribute growth by driving new product launches and pillar products, and oversee and guide brand development and manage portfolio priorities in a mix of B2B and B2C channel distributions.
As a hands-on Marketing Manager with good communication and interpersonal skills, you will recruit, manage, and develop the expertise and marketing know-how of the marketing team. You will define the local brand strategy through listening and developing a deep understanding of local consumers and clients and ensure that it is in line with the international brand positioning.
You are responsible for supervising and managing the entire budget (A&P) and the financial implications of the forecast, leading activities to build strong branding through various media outlets, and mobilising other departments like the Sales/Technical Training teams to achieve overall brand objectives and KPIs.
