The Marketing Manager will be define and execute marketing strategies with the goal to raise global brand awareness, and increase usages for our key services. Strong partnership with Product Management team to formulate customer focused go to market plan for new product releases. Utilize customer insights, creative and analytical skills to identify marketing tactics and optimize marketing mix.Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Marketing professionals to plan and execute global campaigns supporting Brand Marketing and Product Marketing for our website.
- Develop deep understanding of the needs/pain points of targeted customers and serve as the internal advocate to drive continuous improvement on marketing messages and user experience, including site design, content and product features
- Build strong relationship with Product Development team and gain deep understanding of each product in terms of its objective, key features and user experience. Representing end users and understand their needs, be the Marketing expert to help Product Development team to create and shape impactful go-to-market plan
- Think outside the box and lead broader Marketing team to brainstorm non-traditional but impactful marketing campaigns
- Analyze and summarize effectiveness of marketing programs, and other relevant business metrics. Provide actionable recommendations to senior management and to cross functional teams
- Navigate and secure resources from internal partners to execute key marketing projects. Negotiate and escalate when necessary
- Create effective internal operating mechanism to ensure seamless communication among marketing team in HQ, regional marketing teams and internal key partner
- Coach and develop staff to shape a high performing team
- Other duties may be assigned as business needs require.
