Our client is a renown FMCG brand with worldwide presence. They are currently looking for a Marketing Manager to help them to drive strong marketing strategies for one of their most crucial category. The company supports open-mindedness, creativity, integrity, honestly and team spirit.
Work closely with brand managers and the sales team to establish brand strategies taking into consideration the full understanding of market environment
Assess brand strengths and weaknesses to review opportunities and come up with marketing strategies
Review performance of each brands in terms of sell-outs, drop percentage and new products using historical data
Manage retail price strategy by ensuring accuracy of all costs
Ensure marketing budgets are kept in line by working closely with Brand Managers to determine relevant promotional plans, usage of advertising agencies, TV and print advertising
Continuous review of the market changes to ensure brand strategies are up to date and relevant
Inventory management- work closely with operations to ensure inventory is at optimum level
Candidate should have at least 8 years of experience in FMCG handling marketing for brands
Candidate should have people management experience
Candidate should have the ability to think out of the box, influencing and negotiation, creative, dynamic and energetic
Candidate should have past track record in managing/ growing successful brands
