Responsible for marketing team, leading the team to achieve company expectation and supplier commitment (FOB purchase), evaluate weekly, monthly performance, guarantee high work efficiency and daily operation are going smooth.
Develop robust overall short and medium terms marketing plans by Brand and Category (Food &Beverage)
Initiative and keep develop on BTL activity (sampling/ cooking demo/ trade fair …)
Drive, evaluate and track sales on weekly and monthly basis compared to budget.
Forecast, control and manage all in store activities (Trade Promotion/ Consumer Promotion)
Develop company and Brand image as a credible player in the market through participation and networking events
Ownership of demand forecast for all Brands (Food & Beverages)
Be a successful recruiter and retainer of people to build a team to manage a fast growth strategy; monitor the staff performance through effective key performance indicators, targets and goal settings as well as regular review and feedback sessions
In charge on report and work closely with all key supplier in order to get support and alignment on yearly strategy plan
Prepare yearly strategy planning and make proposal to key principle (MC/ PPF/ HARRIBO/ TABBACO/ Barilla…)
Prepare and Alignment on yearly A&P claim
Prepare and Work Out on yearly JBP plan/ Trading Term with key account store
Conducted a monthly brands activity meeting (Grocery / Confectionary/ Beverage)
Leading and deploy down on monthly brand activity plan (sampling/trade promotion/ consumer promotion/ display …)
Work on monthly target of conversation rate for sampling/cooking demo team
Review and meeting with marketing team on monthly A&P spending (if have issue)
Review on daily sales performance and set up a meeting with sales team (if sales performance it below expectation)
Monitor/Checking On monthly report to overseas suppliers before send out to principle
Keep Checking and Review on RP report to work out on purchase order
Review on short self-inventory and set up a plan to clear it out
Minimum of 7-10 years experiences in Marketing (F&B industry is a plus)
A team leader attitude and dynamic personality
Bachelor or Master Degree of Business Administration, Marketing
Strong communication and negotiable skill, flexible, and high ability to communicate with senior people.
