This position will serve as part of the Distribution Division Leadership Team in driving a performance-driven culture. The Marketing Manager will lead the Brand Marketing function in managing the day-to-day marketing initiatives and long term marketing strategy of the organization.
Develop, lead and nurture a high-performance marketing organization structure
Develop, implement and execute strategic marketing plans of the division anchored on sound consumer and industry insights
Effectively develop and manage brand, category and product portfolio mix to maximize revenue and profitability
Accountable for the delivery of effective brand marketing communication strategies, budgets and overall profitability by brands
Analyze market trends, competitive landscape and market opportunities – recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback
Assist the Managing Director in collaboration with Sales and Trade Marketing functional leaders to build a dynamic organization
Minimum 05 years of working in retail or FMCG Company.
Brand and product portfolio management, including pricing strategy
Digital marketing, branding and event management knowledge and experience (including planning & training).
Effective planning and implementation skills.
Ability to meet deadline and work well under pressure.
Proven ability to manage and lead a team.
High level communication skills, including the ability to develop and maintain professional relationships in a challenging environment.
Confident, proactive, problem solver.
Proficient in written and verbal English communication.
Must have a dynamic personality and good interpersonal skills, “out of the box” thinker
Must love kids & must love toys.
