Provide direction and participate with Brand Manager and ATL Manager to develop annual marketing plan for assigned products (ATL and BTL activities) associate with budgeting
Manage and monitor marketing expense within approved budget
Manage marketing budget effectively and efficiently
Work closely with area sales managers to ensure brand visibility and drive off-take
Work closely with area managers in case they need your cooperation in term of new opening Oligo-Megabelle retail stores
Coordinate with related department to announce or inform the activities that we will run and make sure it will run smoothly and correctly
Work with related team and subordinate (design/webmaster/agency) to develop company’s website and always keep updated with new activities if any.
Create products must list and display standard (planogram) for rental space for both special promotional periods normal shelf display by specific outlet
Identify training need for subordinates in cooperation with product office to make sure they know clearly about products that they are handling and other skills training if necessary to build staff capacity and abilities.
Report on competitor activities
Report weekly activity to BDD
Bachelor or Master degree in Marketing Management or similar business fields
At least 5 years of work experience with Marketing Management preferably cosmetic, FMCG, or medical product
Dynamic and creative person in autonomous, time-flexible, good leadership, analytical, strong communication, planning and implementing skills and networking.
Excellence in English language (both written. spoken, and listening)
Computer knowledge: Marketing software and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint...)
Strong problem solving skills
Able to work under pressure and limited deadline
Marketing certificate, diploma or degree followed by a minimum of five years of professional services in marketing and communications leadership role.
Extensive experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives.
Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
Willingness to travel and work in a global team of professionals.
Proven ability to oversee all marketing, advertising and promotional staff and activities.
Thorough understanding of branding principles and tactics through multimedia including the Web.
Proven ability to design, develop and implement both strategic programs and supporting tactics.
Superior written and verbal communications skills, coupled with highly developed interpersonal skills.
Strong project management skills with demonstrated ability to multitask and set priorities within tight timelines and high client expectations.
Ability to quickly grasp complex technical and business concepts and express them in clear language.
Flexible and open to changing priorities and managing multiple tasks simultaneously within compressed time frames.
