At least 3 yrs in the role of country Marketing Head for big MNCs in consumer market is preferable
Strong background in brand, category, channel, and distributor development
Proven ability to turn strategies into actions - grow the business in a manner consistent with the agreed strategic direction
Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop people from diverse backgrounds
Good spoken & written Vietnamese is preferable
