Has been in Vietnam since 2000s, our client is serving thousands of Vietnamese customers with their good quality products. Products are distributed through the nation-wide network of post offices and banks, as well as directly to its corporate customers.

PURPOSE
Responsible for developing and maintaining marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives. Evaluate customer research, market conditions, competitor data and implements marketing plan changes as needed. Manage all marketing, advertising and promotional staff. Oversee all marketing operational activities. Coordinate for products lines evolution.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

A. Sets up marketing plan: Establish product policies regarding the Company position in the market and periodically evaluate and ensure the adequacy of the product policies in accordance to the overall financial and sales objectives of the Company
  • Order marketing surveys, collect information, define the targeted customer
  • Analys the needs and detect new opportunities in terms of Market and products
  • Define the position of the company and products on the market
  • Set up the Mix marketing for each product 
  • Be responsible for combination with the actuary department for the process of designing new products
  • Be responsible for combination with the different channels for the process or launching new products
  • Analys the results and adjust the strategy.
B. Operational Marketing: Manage day-to-day operational activities of the Marketing Department, including but 
not limited to:
1. Documentation/marketing tools:
  • Manage the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters and flyers which involve writing and proofreading copy and liaising with designers and printers
  • Arrange for the effective distribution of marketing materials
2. Programs/events:
  • Cooperate with distributor partner(s) and suppliers in implementing marketing events (sales contests, promotion programs…)
  • Organize and attend events and exhibitions
3. Press promotion: 
  • Develop advertising opportunities
  • Maintain and build contacts with the media
C. Management of the Customer Relationship: define and implement the strategy of monitoring and retention of the portfolio:
  • Set up the customer purchasing cycle
  • Provide opportunities to the channels according to the customer purchasing cycle
  • Adapt the communication strategy to the target
D. Communication :
  • Participate in products and corporate image communication including, amongst others, identify messages, manage and up-date internal summary on products, dispatch presentation on new products,
E. Website:
  • Responsible for administering and frequent updating of Company website
F. Staff Management:
  • Responsible for the performance and development of the marketing staff
  • Prepare action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of marketing leads and prospects 
  • Conduct performance review with marketing staff to build more effective communications, to understand training and development needs, and to provide insight for the improvement of staff’s performance
  • Provide timely feedback to the CEO regarding performance
  • Create and motivate teamwork within the Department and with all departments of the Company
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensure that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
  • Participate in recruitment, testing and hiring marketing staff based on criteria agreed upon by the CEO

Job Requirements

Technical/Professional Competency Requirements:
  • Positive and self-motivated;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills;
  • Pleasant personality, mature and able to work with minimum supervision;
  • Willing to work under pressure;
  • Being able to work independently as well as within a team;
  • Good time management skill.
Core Competency Requirements:
  • Creative and hard work ;
  • Result oriented and high commitment to work;
  • Good at using Microsoft office.
  • Fluent at graphic applications.
Minimum Qualification and Experience Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor degree - University degree in economics
  • Years of Related Work Experiences: At least 8 years experience in marketing field
  • Fluent English
