Provide leadership in evolving differentiated, relevant and sustainable brand portfolios, creative development, media plan, promotion plan, Ethical plan and strategy.
Full responsible on shares of market across brands, margin, marketing spending and operating profits.
Drive relevance and compelling brand positioning and communication both to consumers and HCP.
Identify both short term and long term issues with sound strategies and action plans.
Proactively support Sales team and other related functions to achieve business objective and goal.
Develop local new news and initiative to achieve business goal.
Actively interact and build partnerships with the Global and Regional marketing community to identify new products, launch time line, go to market plan and leverage best practice and exercise a collaborative mind-set.
Raise local marketing capability through the development of appropriate coaching and training programs.
Act as the key marketing contact point for Thailand with evolving the region in implementing regional initiatives and requirements.
Drive profitability and growth in fiercely competitive market.
Implement and leverage tactics where applicable.
Actively participate in the leadership of the region, with evolving the region’s strategy.
Thai Nationality with Bachelor Degree or Master’s degree in related fields.
More than 8 year experience working in Marketing field.
Strong leadership style and the ability to build instant credibility and lead through influence.
Evidence of identifying potential growth areas and creating profitable and sustainable marketing strategies.
Success at building new brands, sustaining the continued growth of established brands and creating new growth opportunities through innovative and commercially sound initiatives.
Strong understanding of how to build profitability and compete effectively in difficult markets.
Demonstrable experience of succeeding and developing brand / business growth within highly competitive and fluid markets.
Leadership skills and evidence of operating within a decentralized business model is advantageous.
Experience at a senior level of working in consumer/customer marketing within a blue-chip FMCG of brand-led business.
