Planning and implementing corporate marketing strategies such as market research, new special events, digital marketing, integrated marketing communications, and etc.
Developing and executing marketing plans (both short term and long term) including budget management.
Communicating and brainstorming with the team regarding marketing activities.
Executing marketing campaigns and developing positioning to create a good image and traffic for the shopping complex.
Initiating PR campaigns including media coverage and event marketing activities.
Preparing and distributing marketing media through traditional and new channels e.g. Internet, digital marketing, etc.
Evaluating the outcome of marketing activity programs and the competitiveness of these activities.
Building a brand identity (by using effective marketing mix) that will sustain growth in the longer term, and delivering a powerful & distinctive proposition to the targeted customers.
Analysing customer feedback and utilising data to improve marketing strategies.
Male or female, at least 37 years old.
Bachelorís Degree or higher in Marketing, Mass Communication or any related fields.
Having a minimum of 10 yearsí experience in managing a full function of corporate marketing strategy (market research, digital marketing, public relations), preferably in a retail / FMCG business.
Mature person with a pleasant personality who can work well under pressure, has problem solving capabilities, a self learner and hardworking.
Good team leader and able to organise and prioritise multiple projects in a fast-paced, changing environment.
Very good English communication and presentation skills.
