Job Description

  • Work closely with Global Category team, Developing Marketing VP and Marketing teams in Asia to develop and implement marketing strategies to builld and/or grow the brand in each category and to achieve Asia budget
  • Evaluate consumer research, market conditions and competitor datas and define right strategy and pricing for BIC category of products
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the markets, consumers and their expectations in each of the country
  • Take charge of market research and category innovation process across Asia
  • Develop new products to support growth in Asia
  • Recommend, control and manage marketing budget - influences the areas marketing budgets when it comes to Media and Brand building
  • Work closely with Developing Market VP to enhance marketing team capability across Asia

Job Requirements

  • Strong technical skills in consumer understanding, positioning, product offering, roll-out, communication, packaging design, price promotion, business steering)
  • Confident in presenting plans to internal customers in pressurized enviornments
  • Ability to identify new segments
  • Strong communication and influencing skills, self-motivated,  and results driven
  • Consistently manage projects and meet deadlines as per expectations and well organised
