Job Description


  • Set in terms of market share, premium status (as defined by consumers and pricing), and our key attributes (smart technology, stylish design, fits my life, reliability)

  • Create an environment that members feel motivated as honesty, integrity and fairness

  • Manage and provide leadership, direction and guidance to the team, focus on their delivery of the brand through their work

  • formulate and execute strategic marketing plan to drive sustainable profitable growth through building brand, driving conversion through improved customer’s brand preference and loyalty

  • Strategize, plan and execute Yearly Marketing Plan that strengthen brand health across brand funnel by creating integrated and consistent marketing communications that produce the best synergy across each GBUs and activities

  • Pre-plan and pre-budget marketing activities in order to optimize marketing spend to create greater impact of marketing investment

  • Establish and lead the brand and product presence at major trade fairs, exhibitions, dealer’s road shows and joint promotion

  • Incorporate meaningful consumer insight into every touch point of our marketing activities and MOT communications.

  • Periodical review of vendors’ efficiency, fees and charges to build a dedicated and effective number of supporting vendors. If necessary engage new vendors who can performance better with good value.

  • Involve and deal relationship management, LG brand shop, strategize consumer campaign and sourcing of premium gifts, road show, exhibitions, dealer’s signage and in-store renovation, dealer joint promotion, and new shop opening support.

Job Requirements


  • Thai Nationality

  • Bachelor’s degree or Master’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English or related field

  • Must have 10 years up experience in Marketing Communication skill

  • Strong leadership skills, confident, motivated and assertive individual with excellent marketing acumen; highly motivated; ability to work on own initiative, under pressure and to meet deadlines

  • Strong industry and market insights

  • Strong management skills - ability to coordinate teams in diverse locations.

  • Competitive and strategically aggressive personality who delivers on commitment, with proven leadership and track record, preferably in consumer electronics industry

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to communicate results and their business implications

  • Excellent strategic thinker, entrepreneurial, creative and resourceful

  • Computer literate including MS Office products, strong Word, PowerPoint, and Excel experience, and the aptitude to learn new technologies
