Responsible for Marketing Communication Strategy Planning and execution for Company brands.
Provide the planning and leadership by ensuring that the appropriate structures, systems, competencies and values are developed in order to meet and exceed the goals of the Marketing plan.
Assume overall responsibility for developing the annual marketing communication plan for branding / Brand activation; for strategic market planning; market research programs; marketing activities, and control of the marketing budget.
Organize and direct marketing and strategy meetings on a regular basis whereby the strategy and promotion programs are reviewed.
Ensure annual plans are in place in line with budgets and forecasts.
Effectively manage and control the marketing budget to deliver ROI.
Demonstrated ability to formulate creative direction for a wide variety of marketing channels, including extensive experience working with graphic designers across a wide variety of project scopes and sizes; knowledge and experience in best practices in digital communications content creation.
Demonstrated strong project management skills in order to meet multiple deadlines;
Having a sense of Art, Brand Management, Business Strategy, Above-the-line marketing, Media Planning, Digital Marketing and Marketing Evaluation
Proficient in Microsoft word, Excel and computer based productivity tools required. Photoshop proficiency
