The Market Research and Customer Relationship Manager shall direct and coordinate activities concerned with market research and development of new concepts, ideas, basic data on, and applications for, organization's products, services, or ideologies.
He/she will spend time planning and formulating aspects of research and development proposals, in support of business goals and objectives.
He/she shall also be responsible for managing the company's loyalty program
Bachelorís Degree from reputable university.
2-4 years marketing research experience required; marketing experience particularly in membership and/or loyalty program experience highly valued.
Ability to design and execute multiple research projects simultaneously.
Good working knowledge of analytical and statistical tools to analyse and interpret data and research findings.
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and basic office applications.
Experience in survey design, execution and analysis and other standard research methodologies including phone surveys and site usability research.
Must be a strategic thinker with strong organizational and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently on projects in a fast-paced environment.
Highly motivated, detail-oriented, flexible, and adaptable nature.
