Job Description

The purpose of this role is to develop key digital initiatives for Coach Asia and drive advertising/PR strategies (print/e-media) and maintain close relationships with the media and to contribute new and creative ideas from different angles and views to enhance our brand.

  • Drive and execute on key digital media strategies including e-PR and website content (owned and social media)
  • Media planning and buying for Coach Asia and partnering w/ media agencies to execute content
  • Develop key relationships with media contacts to capture editorial opportunities
  • Make close connections with fashion editors to ensure Coach receives priority in terms of coverage
  • Push angles and themes where Coach could be integrated editorially (including digital space)
  • Initiate and organize press trips / previews / showroom meetings for media
  • Accurately and timely distribution of Coach’s latest and most exciting development to media in a fashionable and stylish way (i.e. flagship or exclusives), including e-channels (ePR) to planning execution work with NY for creative and various agencies to manage calendar of exposure, including paid advertising, advertorial and editorial tie-ups
  • Systematically organize PR sample distribution to fashion media for timely editorial presentation
  • Conduct media education on Coach’s heritage and products
  • Monitor editorial coverage including actively involved in brand’s social e-marketing initiatives / programs
  • Develop and build celebrity relationship
  • Organize product seeding among celebrities and feed media of pictures and stories where Coach is a preferred brand
  • Keep constant and open communication with Coach NY Creative services, Digital, PR departments to ensure that all communication programs are in lined with the guidelines and are effective and in line for the market
  • Liaise with Coach NY and CJI to carry out the best practices
  • Manage agencies relationship to ensure communication content to drive brand awareness programs are well followed and executed
  • Team work with departments of the company to identify and address market opportunities
  • Prepare ROI Reporting to evaluate the effectiveness of paid, unpaid investment in ATL / BTL programs / events

Job Requirements

  • University degree in Marketing
  • 8+ years Advertising, Digital marketing, PR and Events coordination experience, agency experience with an international company or preferably in the FMCG / premium goods / luxury sector
  • Strong computer skills
  • Fluency in English and Cantonese
  • Strategic thinking and is detailed in execution
  • Good taste and international scope
  • Experience in working with international brands in HK market
