Job Summary Responsible for Planning and Execution of Youth & specific segment marketing programs through brand exposure and support with strategic segment marketing approach Responsibilities:
Engaging and Executing sustainable Youth Segment strategy and program which includes Brand visibility at universities and youth related organizations/areas across nations
Building relationship and communication with youth related organizations and universities and constant monitoring the processes for overall Partnership marketing and proposing upgraded changes as per segmented market requirement by identifying actionable and repeatable programs.
Evaluate the partner performance and execution effectiveness
Maintaining relationship with organizations and managing stakeholders by aligning the concept and approvals
Implement end to end brand visibility and engagement through regional and mar-comm and digital teams for target segment areas.
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration/Economics or Master/Diploma in marketing is a plus
Minimum 7+ years of similar experienced preferably in relation to B2B / Marketing / Partnership
Good in communication and presentation skill
Good interpersonal skills and marketing/ activation / brand knowledge
Good working knowledge level of English language in Reading, Writing, and Speaking
Good skills on Microsoft Office Applications - Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook
Proactive and result-oriented team player with a positive attitude
Be open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism.
Strong multi-tasking abilities and the ability to be comfortable with high volume workload
Be willing to help teammates, share knowledge and experience with them, and learn from them.
