Job Description


  • Develop and manage operation plan targeting above market growth to gain long-term new customers in high growth potential markets for continuous new revenue acquisition.

  • Keeping costs in line according to company budget guidelines and guides operations activities for the organization.

  • To support implementations in project management, procedure development, KPI development and generation.

  • Undertake logistics projects, i.e. to analysis customer activities, identify trends / significant findings, report and make detailed written and oral presentations to management and customers on findings of individual research projects.

  • Develop, maintain and improve existing and potential customer service standards.

Job Requirements


  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Logistics management or related field.

  • 10 years of experience in managerial level in Logistics / Warehouse / Terminal / Transportation environment.

  • Understanding and having background knowledge in cargo, wharf age service or warehousing services business.

  • Understanding of supply chain management & distribution activities and Information Technology system related to warehouse management.

  • Proficiency in English, strong managerial and communication skills

  • Excellent troubleshooting skills.
