Enhance the organizational learning and development by coordinating, facilitating, and delivering HR-related training programs.
Assess organizational development needs and employees' skills through the use of a series of methods including interviews, surveys and focus groups and make recommendations to business manager or HR business partner.
Plan, manage, and coordinate organizational-level and department-level initiatives to support the corporateís goals and objectives.
Establish partnerships and coordinate with department managers to diagnose and develop recommendations to support division-wide learning, staff development, leadership development, and performance-related needs.
Act as a change agent to integrate successful and strategic human capital practices into the organization.
Analyse and recommend initiatives to ensure competitiveness with market or internal business strategy.
Work as a business partner with business managers to create and monitor effective lifecycle training from on-boarding through career development.
Contribute to Human Resources special projects, Learning and Organizational Development initiatives.
Bachelor and/or Masterís Degree in HR Management or related area
A minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible professional level experience in the design and delivery of Learning and Organization Development programs.
Strong in People Management skills and work collaboration.
Ability to communicate across levels of staff including senior leaders.
Excellence in interpersonal skills
Ability to coach and transfer knowledge to others is a must.
