To provide technical/project support of sales at client meetings and on conference calls.
To discuss, capture and define customer requirements.
To work with the Sales teams to exploit the commercial opportunities for the company’srange of products.
Responsible for Pre-sales project management from requirement capture and design to implementation handover.
Ensure Infrastructure be delivered on time, to specification and within budget.
Bachelor’s/College Degree in any IT or Engineering course
At least 10 years experience as Technical Sales/Pre-Sales;
Knowledge of various hardware platforms including mainframes, mid-range platforms, desktops and mobile devices
Knowledge of different network related devices
Knowledge of various Operating Systems including mainframes systems (MVS, VM, zOS), midrange systems (OS/400), Unix flavors (Solaris, AIX, HP-UX, Linux), desktops (Windows, Apple OS, DOS), mobile platforms (Windows CE, Palm OS)
Knowledge of major databases such as Oracle, Sybase, DB2, SQL Server
Possess good communication skills
Establish relationship with key technical person of our customers to understand the grounds for collaboration and also to understand their technical challenges
Work with sales team to build solution value propositions, including compelling business cases to accelerate solution adoption
With good Leadership skills
