Kitchen Equipment Dealer - MTD: Sales & Marketing

* Address of work: Hanoi

* Salary: 3000 - 5000 $

* Job description
  • Plan and be responsible for implementing revenue targets, cost norms, KPIs, and assigned sector debt.
  • Plan distribution and monitoring, inspection, monitoring the implementation of the plan of the ASM - Regional Sales Director
  • Manage and develop customer system and develop distribution system, agent. Care and look for new clients in your area. Directly manage customers with large and potential sales
  • Manage the situation of sales, output, turnover, export goods of each code, warranty goods, debts of each customer. To understand and analyze the causes when the revenue increase or decrease suddenly. Responsible for recovering customer debt, assigned to each ASM
  • Understanding the situation, sales speed, inventory situation of each customer's products, displaying products at counters, shelves, shops, cleaning and preserving products.
  • Design and implement sales programs, promotional activities, customer support. Care and look for new clients in your area
  • Collecting, synthesizing, analyzing and evaluating market information, customer tastes, information on competitors, programs and forms of promotion in the areas in charge and proposing, request
  • Report and report on business activities of the week, month, quarter, year
  • Recruitment, management, training and monitoring, monitoring and evaluation of staff in the management area
  • Perform other tasks as required by the Board of General Directors

Job Requirements

  • University degree or higher in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing
