Job Description

  • ?Use industry knowledge to build an understanding of competitive positioning, and our value proposition for buyers and sellers
  • Drive performance of Kaymu sellers through shop consultation, strong customer service and negotiation of deals 
  • Management and optimization of seller performance on the platform 
  • Analysis of market trends and an ability to benchmark price points across multiple categories from both online and offline competitors 
  • Clear communication and understanding of the value proposition of selling online 
  • Strong focus on the importance of best-in-class Customer Service 
  • Regular reporting and focus on key KPIs to ensure quick results and personal development 
  • Act as liaison with different sales departments and provide seller and competitor consultation as required

Job Requirements

  • Highly motivated and able to demonstrate strong academic and professional experience 
  • Strong communication skills and confident disposition, team player 
  • Ability to thrive in a high energy, dynamic environment 
  • Proficiency in use of MS Office tools (especially excel) 
  • Self-starter approach to work, with an eagerness to consistently exceed objectives 
  • Looking for someone who can push aggressively for results while helping create a great work environment
  • Interest in start-up challenging environment
