MANAGE the commercial relationship with the client
Communicate customer requirements
Coordinate and motivate the business team to ensure customer needs are met and ensure that the team focus is aligned with priorities.
Lead the client's business planning process, including customer survey, business planning sessions and development of balanced score card.
GROW the commercial relationship with the client
Develop and implement go to market strategy for all current and target potential business opportunities with the customer.
In tandem with the R&D Department, coordinate New Product Development activity for all projects to be launched in these markets.
SUPPORT the client as a key business partner for their continued growth.
Provide leadership on strategic external and internal communications (i.e. newsletter, awards applications, etc.).
Educated to degree level in a business or food related discipline
5 years previous experience in an Account Management or Commercial based role (i.e. Sales, Marketing, Pricing).
Proven communication and influencing skills.
3 to 5 years previous experience in a management role including a broad base of business leadership activities
