Job Description

  • Understand clientsí HR solution requirements and goals and propose Manpower Value-added solutions to the client.
  • Prepare proposal for the local submission of regional/local tenders, bids, proposals, and presentation in line with branch requirements.
  • Acquire business opportunities within designated accounts and build continued rapport with existing buying influences through planned sales and service visits.
  • Ensure smooth implementation of generated business ensuring that SLA meet and solve clients concerns and conduct problem solving calls to accounts.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or Masterís Degree in Business Administration/Economics or related field
  • At least 5 years with Sales / Key Account management experience in services industry
  • Ability to analyze and executive sales plan
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of the company, its customers and team members
