Job Description

  • Leads development of GKAM annual customer planning (baseline and promotions) covering sales, volume, and profitability by brand/SKU level, and incorporating customersí objectives and strategy
  • Gains approval from internal DKSH and agreement from customers to execute 5P activities as customer plans
  • Regularly visiting stores in order to identify areas of improvement
  • Clearly communicates in-store objectives and monitoring execution of 5P targets: product availability, assortment by store format, shelf pricing (regular and promoted), promotion implementation vs. plan, share of shelf and planogram, POP placement vs. plan 
  • Closely monitor and track all the investment spending and in store activity as agreed by customer. Proactive in follow up and corrective investment charging when found an error or incorrect charging by the customer

Job Requirements

  • Thai nationality with Bachelorís Degree (Masterís degree or MBA preferred) in business administration, or an equivalent degree
  • At least 10 years of experience in selling role with product management in FMCG business 
  • Strategic Thinking and management skill
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical capabilities
  • Good Analytical thinking
