Job Description


  • Implement Market Strategies in high potential HORECA customers in order to generate revenue and profitability to reach targets defined by the company in their assigned area.

  • Negotiate Commercial packages to convert competitors' exclusive customers to work with our products.

  • Co-develop customized market activities and Special events with marketing team on the specific customers and build long-term relationship with them in order to build sustainable profitability for the company

  • Build a plan to implement strategies and activities in each HORECA targeted customer in their area, taking into consideration investment, volume and future revenue. Submit to Group KAM General al Trade for approval according to pro-defined budget.

  • Manage investments, expenses, revenue and volume by account. Achieve specific profitability targets contract based on the minimum expected RCI (Return on Investment).

  • Implement Market Strategies in high potential HORECA Customers in order to improve profitability of the channel in their area.

  • Prospect new HORECA customers in their assigned areas. Capture competitors' exclusive accounts offering a complete customized commercial package and an exclusive portfolio.

  • Develop customized activation and special events within the outlet in order to build differentiation and exclusivity.

  • Ensure customers' requirement or corn plains me well 'taken care by sales and D-man team.

  • Develop and maintain a high level long-term business relationship with customers and channel stakeholders in order to build win - win solutions.

  • Manage their own routine to contact and visit customers. They must be available to contact customers in different schedules and to attend dinners and social invitations in order to build relationship and business awareness. Follow program of visits according to Group KAM-General Trade's assignments and priorities.

  • Gather information of market movement and competitors to be reported to Group KAM - General Trade

  • Perform other assignment as assigned by Group KAM-General Trade

Job Requirements


  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in related field

  • Experience in Sales, Key Account Management in Alcohol and Non-alcohol products

  • Good command of English
