Handle IT Product Service Processing, including Time Management, Costing Management, SLA, for both In house and On-site Service.
Monitor retail and corporate customer's complain and provide the support solution
Improve On-site Service Quality and Customer Satisfaction with create internal coorperation to enhance the service process quality
Managing IT Product Service Engineering Team
Provide Training Plan to Service Engineer and update the technology trend.
Handle Service contract review and support Sale team for customer annual service contract renew.
Plan and facilitate the service policy and other company polity
Bachelor’s Degree or Master ‘s Degree in Information Technology / Engineering or other related field
Minimum 5 Years Experience in Managing IT Product Service
Experience in IT Hardware Service will be preferred
Fluent command of English , Proficiency in MS Office & Internet
