Job Description

Our client, an International Bank is urgently seeking for high caliber persons to fill the following positions.

Responsibilities:
  • Strengthen vendor performance, contract management and service availability.
  • Refine existing policies and processes relating to Service Management.
  • Strengthen Incident Management mechanism and improve incident management.
  • Strengthen and manage bank-wide Business Continuity mechanism and process.
  • Establish and enforce IT standards throughout the IT department.
  • Ensure Service availability setup between ITD and vendors, and between ITD and business. and perform regular review.
  • Make recommendation to IT management on how to improve IT overall service delivery.
  • Enforce compliance of IT teams to existing and refined policies and guidelines.

Job Requirements

  • Degree holder in Information Technology or Service Management.
  • 10 years experience in IT Service Management, especially in Incident Management, Business Continuity Management, and Vendor Management
  • Thorough knowledge and experiences in IT Service Management.
  • Strong experience in Business Continuity Management
  • ITIL, COBIT, or RISK IT certified an advantage
