Our client, an International Bank is urgently seeking for high caliber persons to fill the following positions.Responsibilities:
- Strengthen vendor performance, contract management and service availability.
- Refine existing policies and processes relating to Service Management.
- Strengthen Incident Management mechanism and improve incident management.
- Strengthen and manage bank-wide Business Continuity mechanism and process.
- Establish and enforce IT standards throughout the IT department.
- Ensure Service availability setup between ITD and vendors, and between ITD and business. and perform regular review.
- Make recommendation to IT management on how to improve IT overall service delivery.
- Enforce compliance of IT teams to existing and refined policies and guidelines.
