Job Description


  • Ensure all Network and System running smooth for the operational.

  • Responsible for the provision of IT infrastructure services including desktop application, local and / or wide area network, IT security and telecommunication.

  • Develop and implement policies and procedure to control IT assets and IT working Flow.

  • Develop and implement the new technology in the network and system.

  • Manage the 24x7 IT Support team include staff appraisals, disciplining, pay reviews and career development.

  • Maintain and Troubleshoot for the network operation system.

  • Maintain and Troubleshoot for the System such Mail engine , Active directory and All system under IT department control.

  • Provide the solution as client needed.

  • Advice and training for the subordinate in the Network, system and hardware software troubleshooting.

  • Research current and potential resource and services.

  • Monitor security of all technology.

  • Maintain current and accurate inventory of technology hardware, software and resources.

  • Coordinate with other office branch to troubleshooting or new information updated.


  • Manages and develops upgrades to PSP’s telephone system at the regional level.

  • Oversees all telephone changes, including routing for seating assignments.

Training & Lab Maintenance

  • Oversees the administration and maintenance of computer stations and software for PSP training programs and provides additional support if necessary.

Internal Systems

  • Oversees troubleshooting, systems backups, archiving, and disaster recovery and provides expert support when necessary.

  • Works with project teams to help implement Internal Systems.

Help Desk Administration

  • Oversees all help desk activities at the regional level.

  • Responds to escalated help desk issues.

  • Oversees the administration and maintenance of our tracking software.

  • Interacts with internal clients on all levels to help resolve IT-related issues and provides answers in a timely manner.

Asset Management

  • Builds and maintains vendor relationships and manages the purchase of hardware and software products.

  • Manages the purchasing of all software, hardware and other IT supplies at the regional level.

  • Ensures that company assets are maintained responsibly.

Job Requirements


  • Computer hardware and software systems and

  • programs

  • Computer networks, network administration and network installation (Cisco,Juniper,SonicWall)

  • Computer troubleshooting

  • Computer viruses and security

  • E-mail Engine and internet programs

  • Windows server, Active Directory, Linux

  • Ability to install and administer computer hardware, software and networks

Other Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal English & Chinese skills.

  • 1 Full-Time position available.

  • Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City,Metro Manila,The Philippines.
