Job Description

  • In supporting latest MS & Linux Servers platform, MS applications & Office Suite
  • In performing installation, configuration and troubleshooting on major IT hardware & software products
  • In using common helpdesk & remote support systems / tools like MS SCCM, BMC Remedy, CA UHD, TeamViewer, LANDesk, etc.
  • In defining helpdesk SLA, KPI, work instruction, process, operation workflow and reporting, etc
  • In handling helpdesk ISO audit, requirement and processes

Job Requirements

  • IT related degree or related disciplines
  • Min. 10 years relevant IT support experiences in which 4 years+ in IT helpdesk management or supervisory position
  • Strong technical experiences in system admin. & IT operation
  • Experience in managing staff shift roster, staff coaching, development and management
  • Experience in establishing a new helpdesk operation a plus
  • ITIL Certification required, candidates with MCSE & CCNA qualification will be an advantage
  • Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese
  • Good complaint & conflict handling skills
  • Candidate with less experience can be consider as the Helpdesk Supervisor position
