Meet aggressive sales targets for each customer or distributor in various countries and regions.
Formulate and implement competitive strategies, product planning and marketing on a global level.
Initiate product marketing strategies & positioning to acquire market shares in accordance with management's expectations.
Responsible for all aspects of account management from sales forecasting to new business development.
Ensure effective implementation of sales & marketing strategies across various countries and regions.
Participate in various international trade exhibitions o, and travel to meet customers across the region.
Identify business opportunities and conduct feasibilities studies to senior management level.
Formulate, develop, implement and execute strategic business plans for global projects.
Work according to the approved budget/program & take continuous initiatives to improve control of cost & time.
Monitor the progress of sales and marketing closely to formulate effective responses.
Achieve aggressive pre-set Sales Target on a monthly basis.
Sensible to the business issues, needs of customers and local market practice and regulations.
Degree holder in related disciplines with working experience in IT firms / MNC (sizeable companies) / manufacturing companies. Master degree is preferred but not necessary.
At least 3-20 years (depending on position applied) of Sales & Marketing or Business Development working experience with good track records. (Less experience will consider for Asst. Business Development Manager or Business Development Executive)
MUST with good knowledge and hands-on experience in Distributorship Development, Selection, Qualification, and Management, and able to apply KPI on Distributorship Performance.
Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, self-motivated, independent, hard working, stable, mature and willing to work overtime and able to work under pressure.
Good business sense with excellent negotiation skills.
Proven success in developing new business area (regionally or internationally will be an added advantage).
Experience in International Sales & Marketing in IT or Computer related products or industry.
Experience or knowledge of CRM, CDBM, etc. for customer management would also be an advantage.
Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese; Mandarin is a definite advantage.
Strong computer literacy including MS Office and Chinese Word Processing (for Greater China Market only)
Fluent English and other languages such as German, French, Russian, Japanese, Korean, etc. would also be an advantage.
Solid work ethic and strong time and project management skills.
Willing to travel occasionally or regularly across assigned markets or regions;
Experience in export business & distributorship management in various overseas markets is a MUST for Managers;
Candidate applying Sales positions for HK/Macau should have solid experience in Channel Sales & Management.
