Job Description

  • Manage functionally a team of 6 local technicians based in Europe, Middle East, US, Asia, and India.
  • Implement and control the proper follow-up of Dextra guidelines in terms of training and preventive maintenance concerning the site equipment (reporting).
  • Ensure the training of our team for delivering the technical support on site required by our clients.
  • Work in coordination with our machine design department in solving the root-cause issues, leading corrective repairs on the equipment, and thus improving overall reliability of the equipment.
  • Identify and propose a plan for continuous revamping and upgrading of the equipment with realistic budget.
  • Monitor equipment usage in each location, tool consumption, and analyze data to ensure optimum output and costs.
  • Guarantee corrective repair actions are performed promptly to the satisfaction of the client.
  • Promote high standards of services to support all Dextra clients worldwide, suggest improvements and set-up systems to enhance the service experience with our clients.

Job Requirements

  • Age: 30 years old up.
  • Education: Bachelor Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • Experience: minimum 5 years’ experience in Planned and/or Preventive Maintenance and/or technical customer service, within an engineering work environment.
  • Technical requirements: good knowledge and understanding of Mechanics, Hydraulic and Electric diagrams and systems.
  • Highly organized and able to enforce procedures.
  • Experienced in a management and coordination role involving various nationalities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written.
  • Computer literate in MS Office, internet & experience of drawing/PLC software is useful.
  • Fluent in English, and ability to travel internationally (50%).
