Job Description

  • Development Industry BU sales
  • Deploy a complete strategy for vertical Industry in Vietnam in close cooperation with CM
  • Additional full responsibility to follow Legrand LV BP
  • Relevant Pipe of projects for all country
  • Follow with our central stocks logistics, forecasts projects
  • Manage KPI and reporting
Those responsibilities can internally evolve for quality candidates
  • Development of sales in projects for Vietnam
  • Identify Key decision makers: investor, Contractors, M&E Contractors, International specifiers
  • and follow them regularly
  • Expand and maintain good relationships with potential customers and leaders who have possibility to influent buying decision
  • Working closely and support with all of our distributors to develop more partnership
  • Communicate frequently feedbacks to Sales manager regarding Sales Performance,
  • Customers visits and project information such as: Pricings, Market trend, Competitors
  • Following up all the projects existed and search for new projects
  • Manage BU team and follow KPI related
  • Daily contacts our our central logistics stocks abroad

Hierarchical Manager: Country Manager, Vietnam
Job starting: ASAP
Conditions: Long Term Contract incl. Allowance and Bonus

Job Requirements

  • Bachelorís Degree required with required technical knowledge of the products covered by the job holder
  • At least 5 years of experience in business development sales and account management.
  • Experience in Sector is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to close large accounts and perform effective demos.
  • Experience selling to and closing business with with people from all types of industries and with all levels of management
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and communicate with internal resources.
  • Skills needed: Persistent, aggressive, hunting mentality, strong qualifying and closing skills to all levels, consultative approach.
