Managing the Architectural and Structural team and lead the whole project in terms of industrial design, including: recruiting and training team members, project allocation, ensuring proper staffing levels, managing their performance and checking thoroughly their industrial design work.
Lead coordination meetings internal and coordination meeting with the Client.
Ensuring the administration of projects is well managed, including use of proper methods, tools and systems to ensure appropriate design coding, storage and retrieval of documentation.
Consulting, liaising and coordinating with clients and managing client expectations in line with their contractual requirements.
Ensuring appropriate resources allocated for each industrial design project and milestones are met within expected schedule.
Responsible for enhancing overall quality of industrial design, as well as developing Master Planning and enhancing Archetype Group's image as the consultant of choice.
Master Degree in Architect or equivalent: minimum 5 years of study
Major in Technical Architechtural or Structural Designing.
Essential Skills and Experience
Experience in middle and big size industrial projects.
Experience in leading internal and external coordination meetings
Excellent ability to produce high quality designs.
Experience in management of multicultural project teams in an expatriate environment.
Excellent knowledge in REVIT architectural software is an advantage.
Excellent coordination ability of all disciplines
Advanced leadership skills, including ability to provide clear direction, gain respect of team members and clients, and demonstrate strong decision-making.
Fluency in English is a pre-requisite.
Year Of Experience
Minimum 10 years working in an industrial design role.
Management level: minimum of 3 years of experience managing design teams.
